Rates and Insurance
Counseling Rates
Rebekkah offers sessions of more than and less than 60 minutes with proportionate fees. She recommends 60-75 minute sessions as most beneficial. The following are length of session options she offers:
$150 per 60-minute session
$225 per 75-minute session
$112 per 45-minute session
$75 per 30-minute session

Reduced Fee
Sliding scale fee is determined on a case-by-case basis for those with financial constraints.
Insurance
Rebekkah is currently accepting insurance for BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna. For out of network situations, she will provide the client at client’s request with a receipt for services to submit to the client’s insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment
Payment is due at time of session or within 24 hours prior to session. Rebekkah uses an app named Ivy Pay which is designed for therapists and is fully HIPAA secure. The client’s credit card number is stored with Ivy Pay.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours or more before the scheduled session time or there will be a charge for the full fee of the session. If Rebekkah is notified within 24 hours before the scheduled session, there will not be a charge if the session is rescheduled within the same week, if she has availability within that week, and if it’s not a regular occurrence.
